Kendyrsakal Hunting Grounds
“Kendyrsakal” is a small hunting ground located in the southeastern part of the Dzungarian Alatau. It borders the steppe zone of the Dzungarian Gate Valley, China, and the Tokhtinsky Reserve. Enclosed on two sides by border engineering lines, it is a true wildlife sanctuary. Maral, ibex, roe deer, wolves, and red-listed species such as argali, bears, and goitered gazelles make this hunting ground unique.
